"Now I have tried both night creams. I decided to go with the new advanced formula with retinol. The cream is greasy, but it works just fine if you just stir it up before you apply it. I noticed that my face was starting to peel a little. However, I just look at it as it’s exfoliating the old dead skin off. I haven’t used this a long time, but I plan to stick with it."

"This product looks and feels different. I have been a customer for about 20 years. This product felt so good on my skin. I loved applying it nightly. In the last couple orders I receive a container that look like Flaun. It is a pudding consistency and it looks like it is separating from an oil substance. It is not creamy and smooth like lotion. It feels almost bulky on my skin. In the morning instead of it being absorbed, it will roll off my skin like dead skin does. I don't know if this product has been shelved, and I received really old batches. I am disappointed and hope that this is not a permanent change."

"I had used this product before you introduced the newer version (I can't remember the exact nae of it) that you recently discontinued. I had loved this product before but it doesn't seem to be the same now. What I received was yellow in color and it did not seem to be completely homogenized into a nice creme. You have to mix it with your finger to get the oil to mix back in and even then it is difficult to get it onto your finger without sliding off. It seems to be working but it doesn't look the same and both jars are the same. Is this a bad batch or is it how it is supposed to be?"
