"This is by far the worse conditioner I've ever used. My hair felt like straw while I was washing it and after. I have long natural curly hair. I general pull the tangles from my hair while conditioning in the shower. It was impossible with this conditioner. Generic from the dollar store works better than this. I will be going back to biolage. I would send this back for a refund if it wasn't so much hassle."

"This conditioner is 52$? for what?? It does nothing. I have thin medium, wavy hair, I do color treat it, but it's not any better or worse really after using this and I even use it like a masque. We aren't supposed to wash or condition our hair every day, so I'm just wandering, is there a timeline before this shiny, bouncy, soft, hair shows up? It's not any softer, or less frizz or more shine. My 8$ conditioner works harder."
