"Just starting to use this product but I'm confused. Should I use it in the morning per the instructions? In one of the Customer Service responses to a review, it mentions for cumulative effect, to use twice daily. I've been a Customer for many years and use several products. Calling the 800 number for help is tricky because I've been put on hold for the Agent to get clarification on the order in which to use the products. One Agent confused herself and made me even more leery on the order to use the products. I've emailed twice to Customer Service in the past to help me develop a regiment on the order to use my products but never got a response! I feel the instructions are not always clear on how to correctly use the products together or what products may not blend with another. I'm making up my own regiment, hopefully for the best. Please help with effective Customer Service communication!"
