"I love the application of the product, it feels good, but seems like the product you’re just sitting on top of my skin and not really penetrating. I don’t really see a difference but I know I need something as a barrier in my eye area because I have chicken skin in that area. I like that it can act as a barrier between my make up, but at the same time I feel like it really is just sitting on top of my skin and not absorbing. And I’m not sure if that’s what it’s supposed to do."
